Evan Pistachio is one of Dhaz Pelosh’s old Stormcall experiment-class peers, altered enough to carry an electric staff and terrified enough of Lawful attention to flee even from apparent rescue.
Act 5: Evan appeared with Sister Whiskers selling cursed Krampus-tinged wares near Aleklot’s Rest. He recognized Dhaz, panicked, and tried to flee before Morgan blinded him. Temple Ironhoof later revived him at Bearfell, but Evan panicked again at Dhaz and escaped by Dimension Door. Morgan kept Evan’s electric staff.
