Captain Helena Briar

Captain Helena Briar, known as Guardian, is a Lawful field commander in Gravenhurst who earned her authority through merit rather than politics. A human paladin with a reputation for discipline and restraint, she leads civilian-protection work with the conviction that order must defend the vulnerable. That commitment places practical judgment alongside command in her public role.^[1][2]
