He elevates Albert and Alfred Rallus as prophetic symbols and places himself in the role of interpreter. His Witchborn whispering adds mental pressure to that persuasion, giving his civil manner a force beyond ordinary speech.^[2]

After being denied entry to Von Queef University, Judah recast academic exclusion as proof that Jericha's institutions feared the truth of the Void.^[1]
