Appears to Kaya as an octopus-like figure, attempts to shake her hand, offers two portals, then becomes enraged after the party kills the frogs and Kuzon appears/attacks.

Act 5: when Ash Stonefist touched a Void Edge Blade, time froze and he saw Salvatore Mentali arguing with Soldier in a black corridor. Salvatore said unstable pieces move faster when they think they are the player, implying Ash’s tentacle path was engineered through deception. Al Ivers later drew Salvatore from Ash’s description: suited, bald, black-eyed, pink hands, tendrils hanging from the face. Former duplicate char_id 452 / row 453 labeled “Salvator” has been merged into this canonical row.
As the party continues, Kaya sees a figure she recognizes and her vision goes black. Instead of her friends, she sees Salvatore Mentali, an octopus-like figure, who tries to shake her hand. Kaya refuses. Salvatore tells her to turn around; two portals appear, and Kaya chooses the one in front of her, returning to the group. Four giant frogs appear as the floor becomes wet and initiative begins. The group kills the frogs. Kuzon / Hollow appears, Salvatore becomes enraged, Kuzon attacks, and Salvatore disappears.
storyAsh tells Oskar he no longer drinks and is not ready to rely on prayer or anyone else, while Oskar leaves the Aboleth path open.
