Event: Act 2 will need to be reconstructed from session transcripts and audio rather than prewritten scenes, using Act 1 scene logs as the formatting template. Consequence: Future updates should convert raw transcripts into scene-by-scene canon entries before updating DM MIRROR, SESSION LOG, FACTION STATE, REVEALS, and DM INFO.
