Boost and Public Health

Modern Boost is body-altering alchemy descended from Centrum-era experimental pollution in the water. Displaced members of alchemist and arcanist guilds took over the former Graven Scourge supply, filtering the contaminated water and binding its residue into potions that produce a rapid druglike enhancement. Boost is dangerous but is not prohibited by one confirmed universal law.
