Apex Arcane Focus While holding the Finger of X, you gain a +3 bonus to spell attack rolls and may use it as an arcane focus. Lich Corpus You can cast the following spells from the Finger of X using your own spellcasting ability. No material components are required. Cantrips (at will): Mage Hand, Prestidigitation, Ray of Frost. 1st level (1/long rest each): Detect Magic, Magic Missile, Shield, Thunderwave. 2nd level (1/long rest each): Detect Thoughts, Invisibility, Melf’s Acid Arrow, Mirror Image. 3rd level (1/long rest each): Animate Dead, Counterspell, Dispel Magic, Fireball. 4th level (1/long rest each): Blight, Dimension Door. 5th level (1/long rest each): Cloudkill, Scrying. 6th level (1/long rest each): Disintegrate, Globe of Invulnerability. 7th level (1/long rest each): Finger of Death, Plane Shift. 8th level (1/long rest each): Dominate Monster, Power Word Stun. 9th level (1/long rest): Power Word Kill. Paralyzing Touch As an action (once per turn), make a melee spell attack with a bonus equal to your spell attack bonus +3. On a hit, the target takes 3d6 cold damage and must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.
