Skindle Hexhands, known as Skinny, is a grimy goblin merchant in Point Pringle’s Tinkerer’s Market, where cursed trinkets, unstable curios, and “mostly functional” artifacts find eager buyers. With cracked goggles, soot-stained fingers, and a salesman’s talent for selective honesty, he reassembles dangerous objects just well enough to sell them. His wares often work, though rarely in the way customers expected or survive long enough to complain about. Neutral and self-serving, Skindle thrives in Point Pringle’s culture of reckless invention and hungrier acquisition. He may be a cheat, a test dealer, or a useful informant—but never a safe bargain.[2]
