Biography
Cecil Francisco is a vampire historian from Baron Fangapor's lineage who was sworn to the Baron and served as a researcher in his library. Many people tied to the Baron died in the fighting with the Centrum; after the Baron's death, the survivors dispersed and Cecil continued examining Jericha's history. He believes Jericha is approaching a new kind of change as technology and magic items give ordinary people increasingly dangerous power. Unwilling to become an adventurer and facing rising living costs, he writes complete episodes, records himself reading them, and releases the audio on Scrollbook. His conclusions remain the interpretations of an informed host rather than an automatic voice of objective canon.[2]
