Orval Finkus Turns the Commune Into a Debt

He killed and revived the fleeing Wingkin, spoke as if exploitation were a shared language, and made his help feel useful and poisonous at once. With fewer workers, Havyk had to look directly at the temptation of Orval's help, his boost supply, and the shape of what the commune was becoming. The thread widened into the Pink Pony Tavern, the tunnels, and Freedom. The party found dead bandits, scraps of tunnel information, and a beheaded former commune member before reaching the underground venue. Grease made a connection. Kaya redirected a woman from a false date toward the commune. Orval led Havyk and Dallas to a demon he owed one hundred thousand gold. Then everything turned violent and strange. Dallas became a sheep. Orval was hurt. Kaya's date shapeshifted into tormenting visions. Void guards emerged, fought, and collapsed into dust the party collected. The commune survived the session as an asset, but not an innocent one. Orval Finkus, Freedom, the missing members, the demon debt, and the void dust all turned the farm into a moral problem with roots under it.
