The Pink Pony Becomes the First Base
Unknown / Pink Pony Act 1 / Pink Pony Tavern; Gravenhurst streets; Little Shoppe of Horticulture
The Pink Pony story began as work. The refugee party took a job at the Pink Pony Tavern during one of Lynx's big performance nights, the kind of night that should have been loud, messy, and survivable in the ordinary tavern way. Instead, the cellar had a mimic keg problem, Graven Scourge trouble pressed in from the streets, and Gravenhurst immediately proved that even shelter came with teeth. The group met the frightened Blue-Haired Girl, followed the trail of missing disguise potions to Ironhoof and Astrid Ironhoof's shop, and ended up rescuing an infernal child named Imrick from thugs. That rescue did not stay simple. Imrick rewarded them with cursed gifts before revealing a Krampus connection, turning what looked like a street-level rescue into a longer supernatural hook. Nymeria was marked by that interest, the Blue-Haired Girl remained unresolved, and Boost and Graven Scourge activity both entered the campaign's bloodstream early. Calypso gave the group lodging above the Pink Pony Tavern. That mattered. The tavern became more than scenery. It became the party's first base, the place they could return to, the place trouble could find them, and the social heart of the early Pink Pony Girls story.
