Timonos Asks Morgan for Love

Braska did not get far enough to become safe. Timonos Truthstriker gored him again and dropped him, turning Braska's earlier warning into a body on the floor. Then the minotaur's attention shifted toward Morgan. This was not clean monster violence. Vithyrex's Maze had wrapped Timonos in love, jealousy, longing, and broken need until every attack sounded like a proposal and every refusal looked like betrayal. He chased Ash with a movement that felt less like tactics and more like a sentence: Follow Me, I Miss You. Then he asked Morgan if she would be his lover. Morgan refused. Timonos cut her down to one hit point. That was the horror of him. He was brutal enough to be an immediate combat threat, but ridiculous and tragic enough that the violence never stayed simple. He said jealousy was not good. He wanted something old and white and confused. He moved through the maze like someone whose wants had been weaponized until all he could do was hurt the people he wanted near him. By the end, Braska was down and Morgan was barely standing. The maze had made love into initiative.
