Morgan found Braska the Red in the kind of condition that makes a room explain itself before anyone asks questions. He was impaled by two horns, badly bleeding, and drunk or hurt enough that every useful sentence had to fight its way out. Braska was the leader of a Graven Scourge crew, which made him dangerous on paper, but in that hallway he was mostly a body trying not to become treasure. He had information the party needed. With medicine and pressure from Granny Handjobs, she kept him alive enough to be useful, leaving the rescue, loot, and trust questions open.
