Morgan received Trixie's twin daggers: Sixth Crit and Seventh Sin, dangerous tools with a lineage that fit her better than anyone in the room should probably feel comfortable admitting. Maine received a Phoenix Feather from Ewig, a consumable promise of rebirth rather than something he could recharge and use forever. Dhaz received nothing. That absence mattered as much as the gifts. Paulus Levius was not convinced of Dhaz's present worthiness, and Jonah had not fully argued that Dhaz was ready, only that he might become so. The party left empowered but unevenly blessed. Jonah and Ash carried wishes. Morgan carried knives. Maine carried a chance to rise again. Dhaz carried an unanswered future.
