The final stages of Kaos's maze are preserved here as outcome more than detail.

The party completed the constructed trial that had trapped them under PP4's chaotic control over Point Pringle. Whether by defeat, escape, solved mechanism, or some mixture of all three, the maze lost its hold. The rooms that had been turning identity, memory, guilt, and threat into architecture could no longer keep the party inside their sequence.

That mattered beyond survival.

The maze was not only a dungeon. It was an expression of Kaos's supernatural pressure over the city. While the party had been trapped inside it, Point Pringle remained caught in a magical crisis layered over its political one: Pringle succession, Lawful pressure, city collapse, and the unstable power of PP4's chaotic state all pulling in different directions.

When the maze collapsed, the immediate supernatural hold broke.

The party was released back into the wider Point Pringle crisis, but not into peace. The maze's end cleared one layer of the disaster and exposed the next. Kaos still had to be understood. The Pringle family still had to decide what it was. Point Pringle still had to face who would rule it and under what claim.

The trial ended.

The city remained.
