What Happened

The temple raid ends in tactical success but strategic confusion: Solar escapes, Dhaz is maimed, and Rahab's role remains unresolved.

The final goblin bomber detonated, and the temple became quiet in the way a place becomes quiet after too much noise has already happened.

Maine was alive, but only because the party refused to let the room finish him. Dhaz was worse. The wound where his arm had been would not become ordinary just because the fight ended. Jonah got to him and worked to stop the bleeding, but the damage was brutal, ragged, and wrong.

The raid had technically succeeded.

That was the bitter part.

The forge cell was broken. The bombers were dead. The workshop had been disrupted. Whatever Grease Tooth's people had been building in this part of the abandoned Emrysian temple would not be used against Point Pringle in the same way.

But Solar had escaped. Dhaz had been maimed. Maine had nearly died. The prisoner story had been a trap. Ralos was not Ralos. Rahab's name still hung over the room like smoke.

No one knew what the correct next step was.

Return to the Exiles and report? Confront Rahab? Treat PP5's entire operation as compromised? Chase Solar while Dhaz could barely stand? Get medical help before the next decision became another disaster?

There was no clean answer because the situation had not been built to give one.

The party had stopped a workshop.

They had not solved Point Pringle.
