Five Events Commonly Taught Around VQU
People around VQU, the Queefdom, and the setting's current story routes commonly organize the past around five linked events: PhiPhi's death during Baron Fangapor's revolt, the creation of the Centrum, Nora Rabe von Queef bearing their son Baron von Queef and later destroying Fangapor, X Grymmeye's portal-and-reservoir trek, and the Centrum's creation of its resurrection circuit. This is important regional memory, not a universal Jerichan curriculum.
Fangapor's revolt kills PhiPhi
PhiPhi's death makes the postwar argument over centralized rule personal to VQU and the von Queefs.
PhiPhi
Baron Fangapor revolted against the prospect of a centralized Jerichan government that was not ruled by power, before the Centrum itself had been conceived. PhiPhi's death at his hands became one of the region's defining wounds. Several leading students came from the affected region or entered the conflict, making Fangapor's defeat part of VQU history; no VQU house is currently confirmed as having joined him.
The Centrum is created
A postwar alliance becomes a government by adding practical survey power and accepted regional representation.
Centrum
Titian the Wise and Albert the Traitor entered the postwar collaboration that made the first Centrum possible, then formed its first agreement with Magala and Nora Rabe von Queef. X Grymmeye was added to survey towns and land pragmatically while establishing the mapped portal-and-reservoir network. Uthred joined as the only proposed representative Kremgrad would approve.
Nora bears Baron von Queef and destroys Fangapor
The Baron's defeat is also von Queef family history.
Nora
Nora Rabe von Queef and Baron Fangapor's child is Baron von Queef, the later resurrected headmaster of VQU. Nora later destroys Fangapor. The event binds family history, the fall of a ruler, Baron von Queef's inheritance, and the region's political institutions into the same remembered turning point.
X Grymmeye maps and connects the region
X's routes make the modern campaign map a historical Centrum network.
X's Trek
X Grymmeye travels around Jericha planting portals and Void reservoirs for Centrum-aligned places while mapping the area used by most of the current stories. The trek turns geography into infrastructure and helps explain why some places become easier to reach, support, and govern than others.
The Centrum creates a resurrection circuit
Resurrection becomes infrastructure and public policy.
Resurrection
The Centrum makes resurrection into a connected civic system rather than a rare isolated miracle. Current histories call this infrastructure the Phoenix Circuit and remember it as the point when return from death became something institutions could organize, regulate, and distribute.
