Cosmic forces interpreted through Jericha's major faith traditions
The Power Nine are the most widely recognized cosmic forces in modern Jerichan religious study. Though commonly called gods, they are older and stranger than ordinary temple deities: forces of creation, memory, love, death, chance, punishment, bargains, growth, and dominion that mortals interpret through religion, politics, culture, and need. Their churches are becoming more prevalent in the current day, but they should not be treated as the dominant public framework of the Scholar Age or the original Titian campaign era.

Associated faith: Creationism.
The Power Nine force behind invention, creation, design, and the divine impulse to bring something new into being. Creationism treats making, revision, and even failed prototypes as sacred acts.

Associated faith: Abyssal.
The Power Nine force of memory, history, deep knowledge, and the hidden lawful structure beneath apparent chaos. Abyssal doctrine teaches that nothing is truly forgotten.

Associated faith: The Hollow Creed.
The Power Nine force of loss, greed, memory, bargains, twisted deals, and the terrible hope that nothing is ever truly gone. The Hollow Creed treats every loss as the beginning of a negotiation.

Associated faith: Dominionism.
The only Legendary Dragon counted among the Power Nine: a force of power, prophecy, control, and destiny through conquest. Dominionists point to the Drakkuskan War as proof that Emrys entered history directly.

Associated faith: Ludism.
The Power Nine force of luck, chance, fate, games, chaos, and sacred uncertainty. Ludism teaches that the world is a game already in progress and no one fully remembers agreeing to the rules.

Associated faith: Pyronism.
The Power Nine force of death, rebirth, transformation, and the cycle through which fixed things are burned and remade. Pyronism teaches that change is the fire that can no longer be delayed.

Associated faith: The Winter Tribunal.
The Power Nine force of punishment, fear, harsh justice, moral absolutism, and the belief that mercy becomes corruption when it protects the guilty. The Winter Tribunal turns that doctrine into courts, prisons, bells, chains, and judgment.

Associated faith: Verdantism.
The Power Nine forces of root, grove, ordered growth, stewardship, and the obligation of civilization to remain answerable to the living world. Verdantism understands them as the Two Who Root.

Associated faith: Vithyrianism.
The Power Nine force of love, passion, obsession, and creative madness. Vithyrianism treats overwhelming emotion as a divine force that can heal, expose, transform, and ruin.
