Castaway - Jeff Low

Jeff Low, known as Castaway, is the Black Ward’s least intimidating cleric: a farm boy who followed a stranger’s whispers into the Void because they sounded like belonging. His communion brings muddled dreams and fleeting visions, usually misunderstood but sometimes strangely useful.
