Eternal Craft You may cast Druidcraft and Mending at will. Once per long rest, a spell you cast that restores hit points or removes conditions restores the maximum possible amount. You are immune to magical aging and disease. Rootbind As an action while holding the staff, expend 1 charge to force up to three creatures within 30 feet to make a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be restrained for up to 1 minute (repeat save at end of turns). Preserve Cycle Expend 1 charge and touch a dying creature or a creature that died within the last minute. A dying creature is stabilized and does not make death saving throws until the end of combat. A dead creature remains dead, but is preserved until the end of combat: time spent under this preservation does not count toward a revival spell’s time-since-death limit. This pauses that limit rather than resetting it; all other requirements of the revival spell still apply. Witherstrike (1/short rest) As an action while holding the staff, make a melee spell attack against one creature within 5 feet, using your spell attack modifier. If you have more than one spellcasting ability, choose which to use for this item. The staff’s +3 weapon bonus does not add to this spell attack. On a hit, deal 6d10 necrotic damage and reduce the target’s AC by 2 until the end of its next turn. Final Bloom (1/week) Cast Reincarnate on a dead creature whose body is partially intact. No components required. The creature may choose whether to return. Druidcraft, Mending and Reincarnate use their 2014 spell rules unless the staff explicitly states an exception, including each spell’s normal casting time, range and duration.[1]
