When you cast a 1st–5th level spell that targets a single creature, you may expend 1 charge to repeat the same spell against the same target at the start of your next turn (no action required). When a creature within 60 feet makes an attack roll, saving throw, or ability check, you may expend 1 charge to force it to reroll and take the worse result.

Destined Echo When you cast a 1st–5th level spell that targets a single creature, you may expend 1 charge to repeat the same spell against the same target at the start of your next turn (no action required). Foresight Strike When a creature within 60 feet makes an attack roll, saving throw, or ability check, you may expend 1 charge to force it to reroll and take the worse result. Rewrite Unfolding As a bonus action immediately after casting a spell, you may expend 1 charge to reroll that spell’s effect, retargeting if desired. Timeline Collapse When you reduce a creature to 0 hit points with a spell cast through the staff, you may suspend it in temporal stasis for 1 round. It cannot be interacted with and dies at the start of your next turn unless healed.
