The petrified blue hand of Elias Kingston holds residual dark energy, allowing the wielder to channel its curse. Once per short rest, the user can cast Hex without expending a spell slot. While attuned to this item, the wielder’s touch feels unnaturally cold, and their grip leaves behind faint blue imprints that fade after a few seconds.[1]
