Enhanced Perception While attuned, you have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing as long as Devil’s Whisper is on your person. Minor Fail-State If you roll a natural 1 on an attack with Devil’s Whisper, the whisper spikes into a sharp hiss. You take 1d4 psychic damage.
