Frostguard Weave While wearing this cloak, you have resistance to cold damage. Brittle Chill The first time each combat you take cold damage (even if reduced), the cloak crystals over with visible rime for 1 minute. During that time, you have disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks to hide in dim light or brighter. Cold-Soaked Stiffness While the rime is active, you have disadvantage on Dexterity (Acrobatics) checks.
