Chimera's Mantel

This Cloak is woven together from the fur of a lion and goat over the skin of a serpent. It bears the emblem of house Chimera. While wearing this cloak and attuned to it, you gain fire resistance. In addition you can use your action to exhale fire in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 7d8 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Once you use this ability, you cannot do so again until you take a short rest.^[1]
